Structure

The structure decides life, noise and feel

BLDC uses an outer stator with a permanent-magnet rotor — no brushes, no wear. The AC motor uses two-pole series excitation for high starting torque at low cost.

12 slots / 8 poles: low cogging, smooth speed, lower vibration and noise.
Balanced rotor + preloaded bearing: no shake, no rattle after long runs.
Double-impregnated stator: stable insulation in humid, dusty environments.
Shaft, flange, impeller, lead wire: all built to your drawing.
